Welcome to everyone who is looking to get involved in the sports of gymnastics and dance! In addition to our traditional gymnastics, tumbling and dance programs, we also offer gymnastics and dance combination classes.
Our coaches and instructors are accredited and qualified with USA Gymnastics and we have been instructing children of all ages and ability levels in Gymnastics for over 20 years and have produced some outstanding athletes in that time. Our dance instructors have many years of dance team experience at local, high school, college and professional levels. But more importantly,we’ve had loads of fun! We believe gymnastics and dance really are for everyone!

We believe in drawing out personal strengths, and teach that victory is not won by comparison, but by the small inner victories we can accomplish everyday! It is our goal that your child will develop athletic confidence, and understand the value of hard work and perseverance and that you will enjoy watching your child grow into a confident athlete.
